Terms and conditions:

Booking: 

  • Book your lesson at least 2 days in advance. (Subject to availability)

  • Booking will only be valid upon successful receiving of payment before lesson commence.

  • For alternation of dates, please inform us 1 day in advance.

​

Attendance:

  • Attend your lesson according to the booking and show up at least 15 minutes in advance for gearing up.

  • Failure to show up at lesson without prior notice or valid reason will render your lesson void and no compensation will be made.

​

Replacement/Compensation:

  • If the lesson is cancelled before the stated time due to bad weather, the lesson will be compensated.

  • If it rains less than the first 30 minutes of the lesson, it will be compensated. If it rains after the 30 minutes, lesson will consider as complete.

  • No individual compensation for those who sign up for private group lesson and lesson has to be attended as a group. Any participant who is not available or sick, please arrange to reschedule the lesson as a group.

  • Replacement of lesson due to medical or injury is subjected base on case-to-case basis.

Disclaimer:

  • ​By attending the lessons, you understand and accept the risk involved which may include unforeseen accidents or injuries and you are willing to be responsible for your own safety.

  • You agree that you will not hold Affinity Skates responsible in any circumstances and release them from any legal implications.
